At the individual, group, organisational and country level, meaning-making is defining; it's where our "finite" meets our "infinite". The quest begins when we grapple with three defining questions, "Who am I? Who are we? and "What's it all for? A CA(SA) turned entrepreneur, executive coach (IMD, ICF) and advisor leveraging systems psychodynamics (INSEAD), my rich, faultline transcending ancestry, educational and professional pursuits, lived experiences, and analytic stance spurs me to hold and contain that which is buried and dance with the emergent across systems, connecting the dots to enrich your North Star.
